Reckoner - terms of service

Effective 1 October 2026 · Wersja polska

These terms are the agreement between you and the provider of Reckoner named in section 1 (“we”, “us”) for the game, its servers and the website reckonermobile.com (together, the “Service”). The game shows you these terms and asks you to accept them before it creates your account; playing means you have accepted them. If you do not agree, do not play. Our privacy policy explains what data the game stores and is part of these terms. The terms are also available in Polish; for consumers living in Poland, the Polish version is the basis of interpretation.

1. Who we are

Reckoner is developed and operated by Wojciech Włodarczyk, Jaśminowa 4B, 98-100 Łask, Poland (NIP 8311643425), who is also the data controller described in the privacy policy. Contact for questions, complaints and legal notices: support@reckonermobile.com. We answer in English and in Polish. This address is also our single point of contact for players and for public authorities under the EU Digital Services Act.

2. Who can play and what you need

3. Your account

4. Gems, Premium and other virtual items

5. Rules of play

Reckoner is a shared world. While playing you must not:

6. Moderation and suspension

7. Player content

Names, guild names, chat messages, private messages, answers to in-game polls and reports you write are yours, but by posting them in the game you allow us to store, show and moderate them as part of the Service. Names are visible to other players and guild chat to your guild; a private message is visible only to the friend you sent it to, and we open a conversation only when one of you reports it. Poll answers are read only by us. Your e-mail is never visible to other players. We can remove content that breaks these terms or the law; you are told what was removed and why, and you can appeal as described in section 6.

Reporting illegal content. Anyone, including people who do not play, can tell us about content in Reckoner they believe is illegal by writing to support@reckonermobile.com: say where it is (for example the character or guild name), what it is and why you believe it is illegal, give your name and e-mail address (not needed when reporting child sexual abuse material) and confirm that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete. We confirm that we received the report, decide on it without undue delay and tell you what we decided.

8. Changes to the game and to the Service

9. Intellectual property

Reckoner, its name, artwork, characters, monsters, text, code and design belong to the provider. You may play the game and share screenshots and videos of it, including on monetised channels, as long as you do not claim the game as your own or distribute its files, artwork or code separately.

10. Liability

We are liable for the Service under the general rules of law. We are not liable for loss of game progress, virtual items or data caused by your device, your connection, your own loss of access to the account or your breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or limits our liability for the conformity of digital content or services you paid for.

11. Complaints, withdrawal and ending the agreement

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for a valid reason: a change in the law or in app store rules, a new or changed feature of the game, a security or abuse problem, or a correction. The new version is published at this address with its effective date, and the game asks you to accept it when you next start it - the game updates often, so a change usually applies from the day it is published. One kind of change waits: if it takes away something you have already paid for - shortening Premium time you hold, or raising the price of what you already bought - we publish it before it applies, the game shows you the date from which it applies, and until that date your current terms stand. If you do not accept the new terms, you can end the agreement by deleting your account - the screen that asks for your acceptance offers this directly. If you end it for that reason within 30 days of the change, we refund, directly or through the store, the part of the price you paid for Premium time and Gems that you could not use. Otherwise purchases you already made keep the terms they were made under.

13. App store terms

If you got Reckoner from the Apple App Store, you also agree that: this agreement is between you and the provider only, not Apple, and the provider alone is responsible for the app and its content; your licence covers use on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store usage rules; Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app; if the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund its price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation - any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are the provider's sole responsibility; questions, complaints and claims about the app go to the provider at the address and e-mail given in section 1; the provider, not Apple, handles any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims, and any claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property; you confirm that you are not in a country under a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties; you will follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. If you got Reckoner from Google Play, the Google Play terms of service also apply to the download and to purchases.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We do not take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (ADR) unless the law requires it; consumers in Poland can ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection for help, and consumers elsewhere in the EU their national consumer bodies. For consumers living in Poland the Polish version of these terms (reckonermobile.com/regulamin) is the basis of interpretation. Questions, appeals and legal notices: support@reckonermobile.com.
